What we do
We sit between the lab, the boardroom and the legal team. Our job is to make sure decisions about intellectual property are made for sound commercial reasons – what to protect, where, how to license it, and what it is worth in a deal.

- Collaborative. We work alongside your patent and trade mark attorneys, solicitors and accountants rather than replacing them.
What we are not
We are not a law firm or a firm of patent or trade mark attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice. Where formal legal advice, drafting or filing is needed, it is provided by qualified professionals.
Fees
After an initial free conversation, most work is quoted as a fixed fee for an agreed scope. Ongoing support can be arranged as a monthly retainer.
